Precision Casting

TTMC Precision Casting as one of our branch factory, it owns four production lines: Static pressure moulding auto production line, Coated sand shell moulding line,  Micro vibration moulding production line and Resin sand production line, with an annual casting output of 50,000 tons, equipped with laboratory equipment and moulds production workshop.

We mass produce cast iron, cast steel and other pumps, valves,  machine tool parts weighing nearly 30 tons each, 3-ton ductile iron  pump bodies and other precision castings. Additionally, we provide  precision machining services to meet our clients' needs.

Static Pressure Moulding Auto Line

Coated Sand Shell Moulding Production Line

Static Pressure Moulding Auto line is suitable for mass production of smaller castings with multiple cores, such as valves and pump housings. It is equipped with specialized sand molds, ensuring high surface finish and minimal rough machining..

Equipped with 10 sets core shooting machine and a shell casting pouring production line. Suitable for producing housings casting with complex internal structure, can be in gray iron, ductile iron, and steel casting.

Micro-vibration Moulding Production line

Resin Sand Production Line

Micro-vibration moulding production line, adopting clay sand same as Static Pressure Moulding Auto Line with metal mold technology, offers low cost and minimal rough machining. It is suitable for producing small parts such as wheels, motor end covers, and handles.

Equipped with 4 sets of resin sand mixers and pits, suitable of large casting parts. Avaiable unit for 30T resin sand lost foam machine part and 3T ductile iron pump bodies.

We normally ship the order by FCL. We are experienced in exporting machines to more than 80 countries and regions around the world. and can supply all kinds of different shipping terms.

3.Timely delivery and transportation.

 

Notice: If delivery by Express, most time there is no import tax need to paid when delivery arrive to destination. But sometimes part country's customs will charge for import tax. If the import tax is required by customs, it should be paid by buyer. Because the prices just include customs clearance cost in China, not include import tax!!!
